These are all scripts of films Anne or Mel
has done. The ones I can find at least. When you click the link it should promt you for a
download, it's just a text file within a zip file. In case you've never read a movie script
before, they are a little different. You need to use your imagination a little more because
there is very little narration and alot of dialogue. Also, with these scripts, they may
(and most of the time will) differ from the movie you may see on a tape or in a theatre.
Some more than others but just keep that in mind.
Agnes of God - A good movie. Anne plays Mother Miriam
Ruth. I haven't read this one so I don't know how true to the script the movie was.
The Elephant Man - A very good movie, Anne has a
small role in it. Mel executive produced it but left his name off the credits for obvious
reasons, he also supervised alot of the rewriting and pre-production stuff. Anne plays the
actress Mrs. Kendal. True Story.
G.I. Jane - This is another Anne movie, she plays Senator DeHaven.
The Graduate - Anne plays the part of Mrs. Robinson. One
warning, I have read through this and it is very different from the film. Aparently due to
the fact that there was alot of experimenting with different thigns for scenes during rehearsal.
The Producers - Mel's first movie, absolutely hilarious.
I haven't read the script all the way through but Mel claims it was followed very very
closely. He wrote and directed this one.
Spaceballs - Whether you are a young or old Brooksfan,
you will undoubtedly have at least head of Spaceballs. Here is the script. Mel co-wrote and
directed and starred in and produced this one. Good good movie.
Young Frankenstein - Hilarious movie, in this
script Gene Wilder gets the only writing credit, but Mel did "supervise" the writing. It is
however almost completely Gene. Mel directed this one too.
